Information we collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us and information collected automatically when you use the service, including:

• Personal identification information (such as name, email address, and phone number when you provide it)
• Profile and content you add to your public or private pages (for example links, stories, images, and text)
• Social handles and URLs you choose to display on your profile
• Authentication and account security data (including credentials and session information)
• Billing or shipping details when you make purchases where those features are offered
• Usage, device, and log data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed) as needed to operate and secure the service

Sign-in with Google and other identity providers

If you choose Sign in with Google (or another supported OAuth provider), we receive information that the provider shares with our application in line with your settings and that provider's policies. This typically includes your name, email address, profile picture, and a stable identifier for your account with that provider.

We use this information only to:

• Create and maintain your Your Social ID account
• Pre-fill or display your profile (for example, your name and photo)
• Authenticate you and protect the service from fraud and abuse
• Send service-related communications about your account when necessary

We do not sell the personal data we receive from Google for sign-in. You can review and revoke our app's access from your Google Account, and you may request account deletion or assistance by contacting us at hey@ysid.me. How we use your information

• Provide, operate, and improve Your Social ID (profiles, stories, analytics, and lead features)
• Process transactions and fulfill orders where applicable
• Communicate with you about your account, security, and (with consent where required) marketing
• Comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect rights and safety

Data security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Retention and your choices

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may update certain profile information in-product; for other requests (including access or deletion where applicable), contact hey@ysid.me.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and, for material changes, provide additional notice as appropriate (for example, by email or in-product message).
